• All orders require 2-3 business days for processing before they are shipped out. Please remember that shipping times do not include these processing days.

• For items marked as “pre-order,” please check the expected ship-out date on the product page.

• Important: We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel stations.

Shipping Times
 

United States:

• Economy Shipping: 4-8 business days

• Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days

• Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and unincorporated territories of the United States may take an additional 7-12 business days.

Canada:

• Standard Shipping: 10-30 business days

International Shipping:

• At this time, we only ship to the United States and Canada.

Tracking Your Order
 

All orders are fully tracked. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking link to begin showing shipping information.
 

Important Notice for Busy Periods

During high-demand periods, such as sales events or holiday seasons, processing and shipping times may be extended. Please allow 3-7 business days for processing during these times, and anticipate an additional 10 business days for shipping on top of the usual estimates.
